Velto Renewables’ Board of Directors is appointed

Velto Renewables is pleased to announce a series of appointments to its Board of Directors.

Velto’s Board of Directors will be chaired by Vivian Nicoli, VP, Infrastructure, Europe at CDPQ. CDPQ will also be represented on the Board by Patrick Côté, Managing Director, Infrastructure, Europe.

In addition to the appointment of Ms. Nicoli and Mr. Côté, two independent directors were appointed, namely Marta Martínez Queimadelos, a well-known and reputed industry executive who was the CEO of T-Solar for ten years, and Andrew Parr, a veteran of the solar industry who has held numerous senior roles in operations and technical management for multinational firms.  

Ms. Queimadelos will also chair the Finance and Auditing Committee as well as the HR Committee.
